Cancellation and Return Policy for your Range Hood or Insert:

Cancellation of an unshipped order:   If an order has not shipped the order may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order.  After 48 hours, cancellation of an unshipped order is subject to a 5% restocking fee. To obtain a cancellation authorization call (877) 340-8694 during business hours.

Inspect prior to accepting from carrier:  If the external packaging shows signs of mishandling do not accept the delivery from the carrier.  Open the package and inspect the contents. If any sign of damage do not accept the delivery; once accepted from the carrier an item cannot be returned for damage.

Return of an undamaged item:   An undamaged item may be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You are responsible for freight. To obtain a return authorization call: (877) 340-8694 during business hours.
