We want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchen range hood. We offer the best warranty in the industry. The warranty covers all parts except replaceable filters and bulbs. Imperial Products
Seven-year 100% parts and labor warranty: For seven years from date of original purchase we will provide 100% parts and labor in your home to repair or replace any part of the range hood that fails due to manufacturing defect. This seven-year warranty applies to all Imperial models with the exception of economy models 119 and 120, glass island models 206 and 207 and glass wall models 712 and 713 (see below)..
One-year parts only warranty models 119 and 120: For one year from the date of original purchase we will replace any part that fails due to manufacturing defect.
One-year parts and labor plus one additional year parts only warranty models 206, 207, 712 and 713: For one year from date of original purchase we will provide parts and labor in your home to repair or replace any part of the range hood that fails due to manufacturing defect. Plus, for one additional year we will replace any part that fails due to manufacturing defect.
Windster Products:
All Windster products include a two-year parts warranty nationwide. Additionally, in Southern California only Windster products include a one-year labor warranty
All Products
The following are circumstances not covered by warranty
- Service to correct installation or instruct how to use appliance
- Service to replace or repair house fuses, house wiring, house plumbing or house venting.
- Service to repair or replace bulbs or filters.
- Repairs when used in other than a single-family household environment
- Accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, acts of God or improper installation.
- Damage from installation not in accordance with electrical or plumbing codes.
- Repairs resulting from unauthorized modification of the appliance.
- Reinstallation if installed in an inaccessible location or if installed not in accordance the published installation instructions.
- Travel and transportation expense for service in remote locations.
- Parts or labor for units outside the United States.
- Pickup and delivery. This appliance is designed to be repaired in the home
