The vent I bought is the solid appliance that I hoped it would be. I thought I would a service call on one thing. When the fan first self activated I panicked and unplugged the range hood. My first thoughts were of a short in the fan or ghost in the house! I have since realized that there is a sensor that must respond to heat which turns on the fan as a safety measure. And so, I haven't had reason to test your in home service warranty. I got what I set out to buy and am happy with what you sent: a solid appliance that it was advertised to be, which suits the room it's used in. It has successfully impressed my friends as the perfect thing for my kitchen. I recommend Vent4Less to anyone in the market for a kitchen range hood.

I ordered the range hood on line. It was supposed to be here in 3 business days but it got lost in transit when the label fell and shipped back to the company. It took another week before I actually got the range hood. My cabinet maker was a little put out but got over it, especially since he was the one who suggested your company! When he vent hood did arrive it was well packaged and arrived without any damage. The range hood looks sharp, really nice. The price is reasonable also! I am very satisfied with this and would definitely buy from Vent4Less again.

The kitchen range hood arrived here well packed, it was simple to install. The range hood works very well. It is easy to clean, was the best priced range hood with the fan speeds that I needed for my 6 burner gas range. I purchased a Premier Pro 36” range, which is by the way an extremely nice range, from Lowe’s for less than $2,000. With this $1000 hood I now have professional quality cooking at a budget friendly price. From my viewpoint there is nothing to improve. All the trades people were impressed with the product quality as they fitted the cabinets, installed it, etc. I especially like the fact that if I cook without turning it on, the fan turns itself on……good safety feature. The metal work was extremely fine. Having the damper included with the hood meant one less item to procure pre-installation
And, I am happy to have found cooking appliances that are MADE IN THE USA. Keep up the good work!

We purchased the vented retractable unit. It works great! We had new cabinets installed and purchased a panel to cover the front of the unit. It is invisible until you use it. The range hood is a great investment and great look. The installers had no problem installing the unit and I'm very pleased. The unit was fairly priced. The only advice I would recommend is that you advertise more

We recently remodeled our kitchen. The new layout required a ventless unit. Your vent hood fit our needs perfectly and the installation was quite simple. We had no issues with the price. To be honest price was a secondary consideration in our case, our goal was to find a very specific unit to fit our architectural needs. We really like the vent hood and have received many compliments on it from our guests. The only thing that we have had to do is replace the new bulbs. They would go out while the unit was on. My husband switched the bulbs and it would do the same thing. He bought two new bulbs and it is doing ok now.

I am very happy with my experience with Vent4Less. Your site is easy to use and I found what I was looking for. The price was also very competitive. One thing that would have been helpful is some more information about actual CFM performance. As a precaution I called my furnace installer and asked if I would need a separate intake for the 1250 CFM range hood I was installing. He basically told me that it's not possible to push that many CFMs through two 7" pipes. It's irrelevant at this point since everything works perfectly!
